桂昌院の桜　善峯寺

「そうだ京都、いこう」のキャンペーンポスター撮影寺に春と秋、2度も撮影されている善峯寺は、枝垂桜の向こうに見える多宝塔が息をのむほど美しい。この桜は徳川五代将軍綱吉の生母である桂昌院お手植えの枝垂桜で、樹齢300年の珍しい桜です。
